Roasted cauliflower coated in Laksa Curry Sauce for a deeply savoury, lightly caramelised side with plenty of character.

Heat the oven to 180°C fan.
Cut the cauliflower into florets, toss with the oil, then spread out on a baking tray in a single layer.
Roast for 20 to 25 minutes until the cauliflower is just tender and starting to colour at the edges.
Remove from the oven and toss with the Laksa Curry Sauce until evenly coated.
Return to the oven for a further 10 to 15 minutes until the sauce has caught slightly around the edges and the cauliflower is fully cooked. Serve hot!
