Pork belly 500g
Black Pepper Sauce 200g
Stab the pork belly with a fork to tenderise it, then marinate it in black pepper sauce for at least 30 minutes (ideally 1 hour).
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan. When ready, place the pork belly into the oven to roast for 25 minutes. For the last 5-10 minutes, increase the heat to 220°C and change the oven to grill mode.
Remove once the sauce has caramelised, and rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot and juicy!
